Struggle for freedom is a movement that plans to post billboards in all major cities in the world to raise awareness about what is currently happening in Iran.
This site has no inclination toward and/or association with any political party or group. It's sole objective is to direct attention to Iran, and bring about a sense of solidarity with people of Iran amongst the citizens of the world.
The focus of the campaign is on Freedom and Human Rights which is inclusive but not limited to freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion and so on.
We believe the theocratic regime that rules over the people of Iran is not only a threat to its own people but an imminent and serious threat to the world.
We currently have two billboards in downtown Vancouver. The first one is on Burrard and Smithe from the week of July 27th, 2009 for four weeks and then on Georgia and Cardero for another four weeks.
We are in negotiation with companies in United States to have billboards posted all across US.
We hope to have at least one billboard in every major city in the world with messages of peace, freedom and democracy for Iran.
Your support and help is crucial and instrumental in the success of this project. This campaign is a grass root operation and is not funded by anyone but caring individuals. You can help by sending donations to cover the cost of billboards. You can also help by spreading the word and by taking pictures with or of the sign and posting it on social networks such as Facebook and Youtube.
